Family Bonding

This is my first assignment in my figure drawing class. It was supposed to be a self portrait with others.

I chose to do a family portrait because the night before this was due I was at home and my family was watching this really stupid movie. About a half an hour in I realized everyone was making the same facial expression and I just had to draw it : )

Gonna try and enter this in my school's student show. I probably won't get accepted but it's worth a shot, right?
